结构陶瓷摩擦学特性及氮化硅陶瓷挺柱性能的研究

摘    要:在环块磨损试验机上对碳化硅、氮化硅及部分稳定氧化锆等结构陶瓷对钢摩擦副的摩擦磨损性能进行了试验研究,从中优选出氮化硅陶瓷作为挺柱材料。在单凸轮挺柱磨损试验机上与原机冷激铸铁挺柱的对比试验表明:氮化硅陶瓷挺柱不仅具有很好的耐磨性;而且与之相匹配的钢凸轮磨损也比原冷激铸铁柱相匹配的钢凸轮的磨损明显减小。

Abstract:The experimental investigations on the friction and wear bchaviorsin the friction pairs of silicon carbide silicon nitride and partial stabilized zirconia (PSZ)structural ceramics against steel have heen conducted by a ring-on-block wear test machine. The silicon nitride is optimally selected as a tappet material. The test resultson a single cam-tappet wcar test machine shows that compared with the original chilledcast iron tappet the silicon nitride ceramic tappet not only has much better wear resistance itself, but also its steel counterface wcar is substantially lowfred.
