卡子法兰快开连接结构及其受力特点

摘    要:介绍了卡子法兰快开连接结构,此结构具有装拆方便快捷、法兰结构简单的优点;应用有限元分析卡子的受力发现,卡子护套的存在,将螺栓承受的拉力和弯矩分开,有效地提高了螺栓的承载能力,并使卡子各部分受力均匀,达到了等强度设计的目的。

Abstract:A latch flange quick-opening connec- tion structure is introduced in this article.This structure has advantage of easy to assembly and disassembly,and its flange is simple without any bolt holes.Finite element analysis shows that latch jacket is very helpful in separating the ten- sion from bending loadings of the bolt,thus in- creasing bolt's load-carrying capability.It is al- so found that membrane plus bending stresses on some critical sections of the considered latch are almost equal to each other,implying that the latch structure is in conformity of equi-strength designed.
