建筑物使用寿命的管理亟待法制化

建筑物使用寿命在设计上规定为５０年，而实际的使用寿命与建筑物的设计、施工、材料、使用情况等因素有关。建筑物的使用寿命到期后，若不采取拆除、改造或改变用途等相应措施，将会给建筑物的使用带来安全上的隐患。笔者建议，应为建筑物规定使用寿命的期限，作为有关部门实施建筑物使用寿命管理的法律依据

The need for legislation in managing the useing life of buildings

Buildings have a design life of 50 years,but actual life-span of a building is determined by several factors,such as the design of the building,its construction,its materials, its utilization,and so on.when design life of a building comes to its end,if it is not demolished,rebuild,or its function reassigned,the safety of the building will be compromised.This article suggests the need for legislation to limit the life-span of buildings.Therefore,the concerned department can act upon the regulations when they manage the useing life of buildings.
