基于MP3数字语音的话费查询系统设计与实现

本系统由上位机和下位机两部分组成.上位机通过串口接收电话号码,查询关系数据库得到相应的话费字段,对话费字段进行处理,最后经过语音合成,通过声卡实现语音播报.数字语音处理部分采用MP3文件拆分与合成的方法,考虑到杂音问题,进行整数帧拆分.文件合成时采用文件流复制的方法.

Based on the MP3 Digital Voice Calls Query System Design and Implementation

This system contains two parts. The position machine which is to draw support from the number searches the relation database, and gets the homologous words from the telephone fee segment. The position machine deals with the telephone costs segment. Through the speech synthesis, it carries out the speech report by the audio card. The way to deal with data voice is to divide and synthesize the MP3 files. The way to reduce the noise is to divide the integer frames; the way to synthesize the files is copy the files.
