| 摘 要： | 为了探讨风险管理在水电设计企业EPC项目实施过程中的作用。应用风险管理理论,通过对水电设计企业EPC项目实施过程中潜在的风险进行识别和评估,建立健全风险管理制度,对可能出现的风险有针对性的采取措施。有效避免或降低了水电设计企业EPC项目在实施过程中的风险,保证了项目的质量、进度及成本,保障了水电设计企业的利益。在水电设计企业EPC项目中应用风险管理可有效降低项目风险,保证企业利益。

| Abstract: | In order to investigate the effects of the risk management theory in EPC project of hydropower designing enterprises,it is applied to identify and evaluate the latent risks during the process of EPC project,so as to take the corresponding countermeasures to the possible risks.The results show that the application of the risk management theory could effectively avoid and lower the risks in EPC project of hydropower designing enterprises,gunrantee the quality,progress and cost of construction,and gunrantee the benefits of design enterprises. |
