| 摘 要： | 为扩大熔融沉积快速成形技术的原材料选取范围,提高制品质量,简化生产工艺与降低企业的生产成本,提出新的快速原型制造技术--精密微型螺杆挤出塑化沉积快速成形技术.详细描述该技术的工作原理,介绍该设备的微型螺杆挤出机的螺杆和喷嘴;列举一些可用该方法加工的材料.

| Abstract: | In order to extend the applied scope of the raw material of fused deposition modeling,improve the product quality,simplify the production craft and reduce the production cost,proposed new rapid prototype manufacture craft which is called precise and miniature screw extruding deposition rapid molding,describe this principle of the technology in detail,in addition have made an introduction of the screw of the extruding machine and its control system and spray nozzle in great detail;enumerating some material that can be processed in this method. |
