摘    要:针对高线加速度下热与振动复合环境试验系统中离心加速度对温度场分布的影响,研究了离心加速
度与热的耦合机理.以流体传热控制方程和固体三维传热方程为基础,建立了离心加速度与热的耦合关系
式,并采用有限元分析的数值方法,计算了离心加速度作用下具有局部热源及内置物的温度场和流场.根
据流场分布分析了离心加速度与热耦合机理,给出了改善离心加速度下温度场均匀度的方法.研究结果表
明,离心加速度是造成温度箱中温度不均匀性的主要原因,和线加速度相比,离心加速度使温度场分布更
加紊乱.强迫对流以及合理安排内置物的位置是改善离心加速度下温度场均匀度的有效方法.

Abstract:Considering the influences of centrifugal acceleration on temperature field in the high linear acceleration, heat and vibration combined test environmental system, the coupling mechanism between centrifugal acceleration and thermo-field was studied. On the basis of hydrodynamic heat transfer equations and three-dimensional solid heat conduction equations, the coupling relationship between centrifugal acceleration and thermo-field was determined, then the temperature field and the fluid field with a local thermal source and a mesa inside were calculated under centrifugal acceleration with the finite element analysis method. The coupling mechanism between centrifugal acceleration and thermo-field was revealed after a-nalysis of the fluid field, and the proper methods were presented for improving the evenness of the temperature field. Research results show that centrifugal acceleration is responsible for the unevenness of the temperature field and makes temperature field much more disordered than linear acceleration can, and that forced convection and proper position of the object inside can effectively improve the evenness of the temperature field under centrifugal acceleration.
