抗水性油溶性缓蚀剂的研究与应用

油溶性缓蚀剂普遍用于金属制件和设备的防腐处理。将石油磺本钡和氧化石油脂钡皂溶于煤油或机油中制得缓蚀剂。分析了石油磺酸钡和氧化石油脂钡皂的协同作用机理。通过盐雾试验、湿热试验和水置换性试验研究了油溶性缓蚀剂的防锈性能。结果表明：石油磺酸钡和氧化石油脂钡皂的协同作用使得缓蚀剂具有优良的防锈效果，抗水性也明显提高。

Study of water repellent and oil-soluble corrosion inhibitor

Oil-soluble corrosion inhibitors have been widely used for corrosion protection of metal products and equipments. Barium sulfonate and barium soap of petroleum ester oxide were dissolved in kerosene or machine oil to prepare oil-soluble corrosion inhibitor. The synergistic effect mechanism of the two inhibitors was discussed. Antirust property of oil-soluble corrosion inhibitor was studied by tests of salt spray, wet and hot, corrosion and replacement of water. The results show that the prepared oil-soluble corrosion inhibitor has excellent antirust property and improved water repellence which ascribes to the synergistic action of the above mentioned two inhibitors.
