摘    要:薄膜反射镜是实现大口径、低面密度空间光学系统的最新方向之一,材料采用柔性薄膜,具有重量超轻、体积小的特点.由于薄膜反射镜的挠度特性,利用传统的方法来获得面形的变化很困难.介绍薄膜反射镜的成形原理,建立符合实际情况的有限元模型,通过施加一定的边界条件,对薄膜反射镜进行非线性分析,得到一系列的挠度值,并和理论值进行比较分析,最大误差为0.07%.所得到的结论对于进一步研究反射镜成形和面形控制,以及薄膜厚度的选择具有一定的指导意义.#

Abstract:The membrane mirror is one of the most novel technologies of the large aperture,low surface density space optical system in future.The membrane mirror adopt flexible membraneous material to make epi-mirrors,which are small,ultra-light-weight.It is difficult to analyze the transformation of the surface using traditional historical methods because of the bending characters of the membrane mirror.Introduce the forming principle of the membrane mirror,create finite element model compared to the actual membrane.Under certain boundary conditions,get a series of deflection value through the analysis of the non-linear finite element.Compared with the theoretical variable,the maximum error is 0.07%.The result has prevalent meaning of guidance for the further study on deformation,surface controlling of membrane mirrors and the choice of the membraneous'thickness.
