摘    要:分析了气门锻模生产中原有工艺存在的主要问题,介绍了应用高频窄脉冲电解加工以及成组技术后的新工艺技术,并就其加工精度高、表面质量好、生产效率高等特点进行了探讨。该新工艺技术使模具生产周期大为缩短,模具寿命大幅度提高,模具的费用大大降低,为工厂节约了成本,提高了产品的竞争力。

Abstract:The main problems in the former technological process for manufacturing forging die of engine valves are analyzed. The new process with high-frequency narrow-pulse current and group technology is introduced. Its features, such as the higher manufacture precision, the better skin quality and the faster production efficiency are discussed. This process can make the mold's producing period shorter, the nature life longer, and the cost less. It can economize the factory's cost, and improve product's competition.
