江都水利枢纽精细化管理信息平台系统研究

摘    要:针对原有信息系统功能相对单一、功能不够合理完善、使用效率偏低、建设广度与深度不足等问题, 江都水利枢纽借鉴先进研究经验,研究精细化管理的各项要求,结合各类业务需求及相互间关系,在原有集中监控、工程管理等系统的基础上,探索精细化管理信息平台总体的建设方案、框架结构及业务模块等,实现复杂数据的直观展示、工程数据的共享、业务管理的闭环化等,极大促进精细化管理的快速落地和推广应用,有效提高水利工程的建设、运行、维护和管理水平,为加快推进水利工程管理现代化发挥重要作用,同时也为省内外类似水利枢纽工程精细化管理信息平台改造及升级提供参考和借鉴。

Research on refined management information platform system of Jiangdu water control project

Abstract:In view of the problems of relatively single function, unreasonable and incomplete function, low use efficiency and insufficient breadth and depth of construction in the original information system, Jiangdu hydrojunction draws lessons from advanced research experience, studies various requirements of delicacy management, and combines various business needs and mutual relations. Based on the original centralized monitoring, project management and other systems, Jiangdu hydro-junction explores the overall construction scheme, framework structure and business modules of the delicacy management information platform, which can realize the visual display of complex data, project data sharing and closed-loop business management, greatly promote the rapid implementation, popularization and application of delicacy management, and effectively improve the construction, operation, maintenance and management level of water conservancy projects. The platform system plays an important role in accelerating the modernization of water conservancy project management, and also provides references for the transformation and upgrading of delicacy management information platform of similar water conservancy projects inside and outside the province.
