| 摘 要： | 填料评估是填料选择的前提。本文从制备色谱实际出发，以产率为最终目标，讨论了影响目标的主要因素，构建了评估预选指标集，在此基础上，根据实际获取数据的可能性，设计了综合评估系统，并介绍了系统的特点，评估系统已由Ｖｉｓｕａｌ Ｂａｓｉｃ５程序化。

| Abstract: | Media evaluation is the prerequisite for media selection in protein liquid chromatography. From practical preparative point of view, productivity is taken as the evaluation end target. Main factors which influence the target are discussed and a preselected evaluation parameter set is put forward.Based on the possibilities of data acquisition in chromatography practice,a comprehensive evaluation system is designed and its features are introduced.The system is programmed by Visual Basic 5. |
