电脉冲孕育(EPM)处理对ZL101合金凝固组织和力学性能的影响

摘    要:在液态条件下对ZL101合金进行电脉冲孕育处理的试验结果表明:当脉冲处理电压为300V,处理时间为120s,脉冲频率为15Hz时,电脉冲孕育处理后的ZL101合金的凝固组织呈现Na和Sr变质的特征,并表现出良好的抗变质衰退特性,经电脉冲孕育处理的ZL101合金热处理后的力学性能明显提高。

Abstract:ZL101 alloy was treated with electro-pulse modification on the condition of liquid state. The test result indicated that the casting structure of ZL101alloy presented the character of Na and Sr modification and the mechanical properties were enhanced to a certain extent. It was made out that the EPM technology could be instead of modification by Na and Sr for improving the plasticity of the alloy and had well fading-resistant of modification.
