摘    要:研究了水分含量对氨基化钠裂解芴酮制备2-苯基苯甲酸胺收率的影响。采用甲苯共沸脱水干燥芴酮,使体系含水量降至0.1%以下,进而与商品氨基化钠反应,芴酮与氨基化钠摩尔比为1:1.9,反应温度为95℃,反应时间为4h,2-苯基苯甲酰胺的收率达90%。

Abstract:The effect of content of water on the yield of 2-phenylbenzmide by using sodium amide to cleave fluorenone was studied. Fluorenone dissolved in toluene was dried by azeotropic distillation to decrease content of water in system to below 0. 1 %. h was then reacted with commercial sodium amide, the molar ratio of fluorenone to sodium amide was 1: 1. 9, the temperature was 95 T and the reaction time was 4h, the yield of 2-phenylbenzamide was over 90%.
