高速动压气体轴承箔片材料表面处理的探讨

摘    要:针对高速透平机械动压气体轴承——箔片式气体轴承金属箔片材料的表面处理问题进行了一定的探讨。对箔片式气体轴承箔片材料的选择、材料的表面处理方法以及该轴承的启停性能和稳定性进行了实验研究。分析表明:通过对箔片材料及表面处理方法的合理选择,可以显著改善箔片式动压气体轴承的启停性能。

Abstract:The surface treatment to foil metal of aerodynamic gas bearing for high-speed turbomachinery was discussed in this paper. The choice of foil metal and the application of surface treatment, the start-stop cycle and the durable performance of foil bearings were experimentally studied. The test results indicate that the suitable choice of foil metal and the surface treatment method is very important to the durable performance of foil bearings.
