摘    要:本文介绍钛材离子氮化工艺对其组织结构和性能的影响。合理选择离子氮化温度、气氛氮势和处理时间,能有效控制钛材氮化层中的化合物相的种类和相对含量。通过离子氮化处理,大幅度提高了钛材的表面硬度。耐磨性能和在还原性介质中的耐蚀性能,可使钛材在高度动负荷、摩擦力和强腐蚀介质三者同时存在的苛刻环境中长期使用。

Abstract:Effect of ion nitriding process for titanium materials on its microstructure and properties have been studied. The kind and relative content of nitrides in nitrided layer can be effectively controlled through appropriate selection of technological parameters. After proper ion nitriding treatment, properties of titanium materials such as surface hardness, wear-resistance and corrosion resistance in reducing media can be greatly increased. Popularization and application of ion nitrided titanium parts have shown that they are suitable for long-term use in harsh environment under kinetic load, friction force and corrosive media.
