摘    要:文章基于大规模数模混合测试设备Catalyst-200,采用最佳拟合直线法,对串行数模转换器的测试方法进行研究,并以AD5317为例,进行其静态参数差分非线性和积分非线性的测试,通过合理设计数字pattern控制串行模数转换器的控制字和数据输入,同时对转换控制信号进行时序分析,最终得到相应的测试曲线和测试值,证明了测试方法的正确性。文章的研究成果为开展其它串行数模混合信号集成电路的测试研究奠定了基础。

Abstract:Testing method using Best_ fit _line of series digital and analog converter (DAC) is studied in the paper based on Catalyst-200. Difference nonlinear and integral nonlinearity of AD5317 is tested by controlling the data input of serial DAC using designing digital pattern reasonably. AT the same time, testing curves and values are got by sequence analysis, which prove the correctness of this testing method. The results of this paper lay a foundation for developing testing research of other series digital and analog mixed signal circuits.
