无源毫米波成像系统设计研究

摘    要:随着微波技术的日渐成熟和发展,毫米波以其受环境干扰小,可全天候工作等显著特点成为军事、生活、医学等领域的重要技术。传统的毫米波扫描采样控制系统硬件系统选用元器件较多,结构比较复杂,消耗功率较大,成本较高,不利于升级换代和小型化制造。在概括介绍毫米波工作原理的基础上,主要研究了以TMS2812 DSP芯片为控制核心的无源毫米波成像系统前端设备的系统构架,以及之后的器件选用和系统搭建,该系统有效地克服了传统系统的不足,在实现功能的基础上降低了功耗,简化了结构。

Abstract:With the maturation and development of microwave technology, millimeter wave (MMW) has become a very important technique in military, daily life and medical science due to its advantages of less disturbance from environment and availability in all-weather. The hardware system of traditional MMW scanning and data-collecting control is redundant in component-using, complicated in structure, too much in power-consumption, too expensive in cost, not good in updating and miniaturization. Based on introducing the principle of MMW, the passive millimeter wave imaging system with TMS2812 DSP chip as the eontroller, including the system structure of front-end equipments, the following parts selection and the construction of system are studied. This system effectively overcomes the shortages of traditional system, reduces the power-consumption, and simplifies the structure on the basis of function-realization.
