摘    要:介绍了电控喷射LPG/汽油双燃料系统及控制方法,并进行了系统和原机对比的排放试验及LPG喷射量对发动机性能的影响试验。试验结果表明:LPG/汽油双燃料系统可以大幅降低CO、HC排放;在稳态工况下,较小的LPG喷气量变化,对发动机混合气空燃比和动力性影响不大,而对排放性能影响较大。

Abstract:The composition and method of the electrically controlled injection of LPG/Gasoline dual fuel system for motorcycle engine are introduced in this paper. The dual fuel engine's emission performance is tested and compared with the initial petrol engine. The indicator diagrams of the dual-fuel engine with different LPG injections are measured and analyzed. The experimental results show that both CO and HC emissions from the engine with LPG/Gasoline dual-fuel system are greatly decreased. Furthermore, when LPG injection is slightly changed, both output power and air-fuel ratio of the dual-fuel engine vary slightly but the emission performance is affected greatly.
