Study on Excess Profit Incentive Mechanism of General contracting Project in a State Owned Electric Power Design Enterprise

After investigation,most of the state-owned electric power design enterprises implement the project target assessment for the general contracting projects,but lack of operational incentive mechanism for the excessive completion of profit indicators.Under the restriction of the existing system of state-owned electric power design enterprises,the paper mainly studies the orientation,classification and application principles of incentives,the setting of capital sources and quotas,the procedures of identification,the calculation and distribution of incentives,the single incentive of project profits,and the negative incentive of deficit projects,so as to form a kind of legal compliance.It is practical and easy to carry out the incentive mechanism of excess profit on a regular basis.
