摘    要:在平板玻璃生产过程中,炉内氧化还原气氛的控制对产品质量有一定的影响。在玻璃的组成及熔制工艺温度不变的情况下,引入氧化还原性质不同的原料,研究配合料的COD值对玻璃质量的影响。结果表明:硝酸盐含量的增加,使配合料的COD值呈逐渐减小的趋势,且配合料的COD值在一个适中的范围内,才能得到性能稳定的玻璃。

Abstract:The control of oxidation-reduction(REDOX)atmosphere in the furnace has a certain effect on the product quality during flat glass production. The effect of COD of glass batches on the melting quality is studied by doping with various raw materials of different REDOX performance under the condition that the glass composition and the melting temperature remain unchanged. The results show that with the increase of nitrate content, the COD of the glass batch decreases gradually, and a glass with stable properties can be obtained under the condition in which the COD must be in a moderate range.
