摘    要:计及经济性及电网运行约束对配电网中分布式电源及储能进行合理规划,是提高新能源利用率及消纳能力的重要解决方案。提出一种配电网中分布式电源及储能的选址定容双层优化方法,内层考虑新能源及储能电池的时序特性,基于日内最优潮流与虚拟调度思想确定消纳运行方案;外层基于运行方案,综合考虑电压偏差、运行成本、弃风弃光惩罚,利用粒子群算法确定最优配置方案,提高配电网的消纳能力。采用IEEE 33节点配电网测试系统算例验证了所提方法的有效性。

Abstract:Reasonable planning of distributed generation and energy storage in distribution network considering economy and operation constraints of grid is an important solution to improve renewable energy utilization rate and consumption capacity.A kind of double?layer optimization method for siting and sizing distributed generation and energy storage in distribution network is proposed.The inner layer considers the timing sequence characteristics of renewable energy and energy storage battery and determines operating consumption scheme based on the daily optimal power flow and virtual dispatching.While,the outer layer uses the particle swarm optimization algorithm,determine optimal configuration based on the operation scheme and with comprehensive consideration of voltage deviation,power operation cost and energy abandonment penalty so to improve consumption capacity of distribution network.The effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated by using simulation example on the IEEE 33 node distribution network system.
