| Abstract: | By combing the existing Pre?production business process and requirements,this paper describes the current management situation for Pre?production of automobile propulsion system and the necessity of digital transformation.According to the needs of the Pre?production business,the Pre?pro?duction business management system is constructed,so as to improve the quality of Pre?production prod?ucts.Taking advantage of digital technology,the whole life cycle management of Pre?production is real?ized. |
