摘    要:介绍一种发动机倾斜状态冷试设备特点及其与常规冷试设备的差异,倾斜状态发动机冷试设备关键部件定位夹紧旋转机构的设计要点、设计目标,为达成目标关键零件的详细设计过程和验证过程;并利用有限元分析法对关键零件转轴进行结构优化和可靠性验证的过程。

Abstract:This paper introduces the difference between the characteristics of a kind of engine in?clined cold test equipment and the conventional cold test equipment,the key design points and design ob?jectives of the key parts positioning clamping rotating mechanism,the detailed design process and verifica?tion process of key parts to achieve the target,and the process of structural optimization and reliability verification of key parts rotating shaft by using finite element analysis method are introduced.
