| 摘 要： | 介绍光伏玻璃企业生产中,第二方审核(客户审核)和第三方审核(独立机构审核)的准备与应对工作,对照审核与认证的关系,将应对流程分为7个阶段并逐个展开,梳理各阶段主要注意事项,同时推荐应对审核与认证的先进管理工具和管理方法。

| Abstract: | Introduced on the photovoltaic glass manufacturing enterprise,the second party audit(Customer audit)and the third party audit(Independent organization audit)encountered in the production of photovoltaic glass enterprises,compare with the relationship between audit and certification,divide the process into 7 stages and remind the key point during the explanation.Some advanced management tools and methods are recommended to prepare the audit and certification. |
