摘    要:介绍了玻璃窑炉污染预防技术的现状,分析目前玻璃生产工艺中消除污染物的一次措施和二次措施,重点阐述减少玻璃熔窑污染物排放的一次措施,实现玻璃窑炉的污染物过程处理,降低二次措施处理的成本,通过对玻璃生产的原料、燃料、燃烧技术进行研究分析,结合节能窑炉设计指出了低氮燃烧技术是目前降低玻璃窑炉NOx排放的优化过程治理手段。

Abstract:Introduced the present situation of glass furnace pollution prevention technology,analyzed the primary measures and secondary measures to eliminate pollutants in the current glass production process,emphatically described the primary measures to reduce pollutant discharge from glass furnace,realized the pollutant processing treatment,and reduced the cost of secondary measures,through researched and analysised of raw materials,fuels and combustion technology in the glass production process,combining with energy-saving furnace design,pointed out that low NOx combustion technology is the optimal process to reduce NOx emission of glass furnace at present.
