PLC控制的粕库装车打包计数系统设计

设计了一套粕库装车打包计数系统,装车机和打包秤通过打包计数信息化系统保证了豆粕发货数量准确,该系统可实现手机APP与电脑同步控制,计算机自动统计操作日志,事件追溯等功能。该系统使用光电传感器作为检测元件,实现对打包数量的自动计数。本文对该系统的硬件电路、软件控制流程以及现场实物设计作了详细介绍并进行了样机验证。结果表明,该系统能对包数进行快速、准确地计数,同时LED屏幕上显示的剩余包数自动递减。

Design of Packing and Counting System for Storage Truck Based on PLC Control

A set of counting system for loading and packing of meal warehouse was designed,and the loading machine and packing scale ensure the accurate quantity of soybean meal delivery through the packing and counting information system.This system can achieve synchronous control of mobile phone APP and computer,computer automatic statistics of operation log,event tracking,etc.The system uses sensors as sensing elements to automatically count the number of packages.In this paper,the hardware circuit,software control flow and on-site physical design of the system were introduced in detail and the prototype was verified.The results show that the system could count the number of packages quickly and accurately,and the number of remaining packages displayed on the LED screen was automatically decremented.
