摘 要: | 目前油(气)缸内孔的加工,有多种工艺方案。选择时根据工件材料、工件孔径、孔表面要求的加工精度与表面质量、生产率等的不同,可选择不同的加工工艺。根据各种加工方法在生产企业的实用效果,结合复合镗压刀具的新发展,从应用角度给出了油(气)缸内孔在不同条件下机加工工艺的优选方案。

Abstract: | At present,there is a variety of technology programs in the process of machining oil(gas) cylinder hole.According to the difference between the workpiece material,workpiece diameter,the accuracy of a pore surface,surface integrity and productivity,can choose the different processing technology.On the basis of practical effects of a variety of processing methods,combine with pressure composite cutter boring new development,and propose the machining technology optimization of oil(gas) cylinder innerbore,under different conditions from the application point of view. |
