摘    要:采用负离子聚合技术,在单体质量浓度为0.20—0.25g/mL,聚合温度为65—80℃时,通过四步聚合反应合成了一种具有较好光学性能的丁苯聚合物,探讨了四氧呋喃(THF)/正丁基锂(简称Li)及混合单体进料时间对产物光学性能的影响。结果表明,当THF/Li(摩尔比)为6,进料时间为60min时,产物光学性能最佳,雾度可降低至6%。

Abstract:The mechanism and the kinetics of the synthesis of styrene-butadiene copolymers have been deeply investigated, and some important conclusions have been summarized in related reports and literatures [1, 2]. In this article, a new styrene-butadiene copolymer with excellent optic properties initiated by n-BuLi (represented as Li following) in cyclohexane was synthesized, which comprised a polystyrene homogeneous segment, a poly(styrene-butadiene) random segment and a small homogeneous polybutadiene segment, and the effect of the mole ratio of THF/Li and the injecting time of the monomer mixture which formed the poly(styrene-butadiene) random segment were investigated by the orthogonal tests based on the two main factors to reduce the haze of the copolymer.
