| 摘 要： | 通过对窖泥复合功能菌的组合、窖泥复合功能菌的培养基、窖泥复合功能菌的生化功能、窖泥复合功能菌的培养工艺以及窖泥复合功能菌的应用进行研究，成功解决了退化窖泥转变为优质窖泥速度缓慢的难题，取得了良好的经济效益。

The problem of the slow conversion rate of deteriorating mud to high quality one was solved, and the good economic benefit was obtained. |
