| 摘 要： | 根据40年降雨、蒸发、径流的同步资料,计算、分析了西北地区的水资源量和水资源质量,总结了西北地区水资源的特点、开发利用现状及发展趋势,评价了西北地区生态环境现状,提出了西北地区水资源开发利用与保护的建议。

| Abstract: | The quantity and quality of water resources in Northwest China are calculated and analyzed based on the synchronous data of rainfall, evaporation and runoff recorded for forty years. The features, status quo and evolution tendency of exploitation and utilization of water resources in Northwest China are summed up. The present situation of ecological environment is appraised. Suggestions on exploitation and utilization and protection of water resources in Northwest China are presented. |
