粘土砖强度机制的矿物学表征

摘    要:从矿物组成和显微结构特征入手,分析了三个普通烧结砖样品的力学性能,研究了烧结砖力学性能与矿物组成及显微结构的关系。结果表明,那些矿物组成简单,主要为石英、长石及赤铁矿,并且被玻璃相胶结为特征的样品,其力学性能较高;相反,那些保留有相当数量的粘土矿物及碳酸盐的样品,其力学性能较差,在电子显微镜下,晶粒边缘具有熔化现象的样品,仍然具有一定的力学强度。这些矿物组成及显微结构特征反映了粘土砖烧结的工艺状况。

Abstract:A study was performed on the mineral characteristics of common fried brick, the results show that the microstructure and mineral characteristics exert a influence on the mechanic strength of the common fried brick, which consisted of quartz, feldspar, hematite, and glass phase has a higher mechanic strength, on the contrary, which composed of quartz, feldspar, hematite, and lelict clay minerals, carbonate has a lower mechanic strength. On the other hand, the sample with melted character in minerals also has quite high mechanic strength.
