| 摘 要： | 根据全尾砂料仓模型试验的结果, 应用流态化理论, 定性分析了立式砂仓中全尾砂物料的临界流态化速度、局部散式流态化、倾斜正相流及床层膨胀通道等流态化特征, 并在此基础上建立了相关参数的理论计算模式, 为立式砂仓全尾砂充填系统的工艺参数设计提供了依据。

| Abstract: | According to the results obtained by a full tailing bin model test, the authors analyse qualitatively fluidizing characteristics of full tailing material in a vertical tailing bin, such as critical fluidizing rate, locally scattering, inclined positive flow and bed expansion channel using the fluidization theory. On this basis, a theoretical calculation model of relevant parameters is established, providing the basis for designing process parameters of the full tailing filling system. |
