精铋粉氯盐体系中制取氧化铋

摘    要:开发了一种氯盐体系中精铋粉制取氧化铋的新方法,先将精粉转化为纯BiCl3溶液,再把这种溶液加到含有碳酸根的溶液中进行沉淀,得到了次碳酸铋沉淀洗净后锻炼成Bi2O3.与传统工艺相比,该方法具有流程短,无NOx污染,成本低等优点,并且解决了氯盐体系中制取氧化铋脱氯难的问题。

Abstract:A novel process was develope for preparing Bi 2O 3 from refined Bismuth powder in the chloride system. First, the refined Bismuth powder was changed to pure BiCl 3 solution. Then the solution was added into a solution containing carbonate ions and a precipitated was formed. The precipitate Bismuth sub carbonate was washed and changed into Bi 2O 3 during roasting. By comparison to the conventional technology, the process has many advantages such as shorter flow sheet, no NO x pollution and lower cost, and could solve the problem to remove chloride for preparing Bi 2O 3 in the chloride system.
