河南某金矿浮选尾矿回收金、铁的工艺研究

摘    要:河南某金矿选矿厂采用一次粗选、二次精选、二次扫选浮选工艺流程,其浮选尾矿品位较高,金品位0.33 g/t、铁品位5.94%。为充分利用矿产资源,提高资源综合利用率,对其浮选尾矿采用重选—浮选—磁选联合工艺综合回收金和铁,获得较好指标;金精矿金品位49.96 g/t,金回收率53.81%;铁精矿铁品位48.89%,铁回收率30.62%。

Abstract:A process of once rouhing-twice cleaning-twice scavenging is adopted in a gold mine of Henan Province where flotation tailings is of relatively high grade with 0.34 g/t of gold and 5.94 % iron.To make full use of mineral resources and to improve comprehensive utilization,a joint process of gravity-flotation-magnetic separation towards its flotation tailings is applied to recover gold and iron and achieves satisfactory indexes,with gold concentrates grade of 49.96 g/t,recovery rate 53.81 %;iron concentrates grade of 48.89 % and recovery rate 30.62 %.
