摘    要:大容量发电机采用水冷方式有很多缺点,容易出现冷却水的泄漏、甚至冷却水的供给和循环被中断等严重故障。漏水会引起化学腐蚀,损坏绝缘和电气短路等严重事故;冷却水的供应和循环的中断,还会引起发电机烧毁、甚至爆炸等重大事故。通过分析提供了各种漏水缺陷的修复经验,并从根本上提出解决冷却水事故的途径。

Abstract:The large-power water-cooled generator has many shortcomings, e.g. the cool- ing water is easy of leakage and the supply and circulation of cooling water are interrupted, etc. Leakage of water can cause serious accidents such as chemical corrosion, insulation damage and electrical short circuit. The supply and circulation interruptions of cooling water can also cause burning or explosion of generator. This paper provides some maintenance experiences of various leakages based on analysis and puts forward some fundamental solutions of leakage accidents.
