| 摘 要： | 骑楼建筑是近代在中国岭南地区发展起来的一种独特的建筑类型.笔者通过实地调研与测绘的研究方法,对海口骑楼建筑的发展脉络进行了梳理,并针对不同时期骑楼建筑的空间与构造特点进行了探寻.经过研究发现,伴随着时代与技术的进步,海口骑楼建筑的空间尺度与使用功能也在不断发生变化.同时,骑楼建筑还呈现出由海口中心地区向周边地区及县级市区扩散的趋势.

| Abstract: | Qilou building is a special construction type which develops in China's Lingnan area after1900's.In this article,the field research and mapping method are used to sort the context of Qilou building development and explore Qilou building's space and construction characteristics in different periods.After the research we found that in the passage of time,the spatial scale and the functions are constantly changing.Meanwhile,Qilou building shows the tendency that is spreading from Haikou City central to the sur... |
