钢波纹管涵洞受力与变形特性现场试验分析

摘    要:为搞清公路路基钢波纹管涵洞在填土荷载作用下的受力与变形特性,结合工程实际,通过现场试验,研究其在路基填筑过程中的工作性能.试验结果表明:钢波纹管涵洞内侧主要承受压应力,外侧主要承受拉应力;最大填土高度时,拉、压应力均在30 MPa左右;断面内、外侧的应变应力出现相反的拉压变化规律,且涵顶两侧45°位置为受力薄弱点.说明实际钢波纹管涵洞设计与施工中应给予关注,特别是在高填土荷载作用下,应对相应的部位进行加强或从施工工艺上采取措施.
