| 摘 要： | 荔枝是原产于我国华南亚热带的水果。荔枝的收获时间短且耐贮性差 ,使其在大规模商业化生产、运输与发展上遇到很多问题。本文主要对荔枝的结构、生理特性、生产及保鲜的现状进行了概述 ,并通过分析总结 ,提出了荔枝保鲜的发展方向
