| 摘 要： | 研究以苦瓜、金银花、淡竹叶为主要原料加工制成一种新型保健饮料的工艺,并对苦瓜汁澄清,金银花、淡竹叶的浸提和产品配方等工艺条件进行了探讨。最佳配比为25%苦瓜汁、1.5%金银花浸出汁、1%淡竹叶浸出汁、8%糖浆。

| Abstract: | The processing technology of a health beverage by using Balsam pear, Honeysuckle and Lophatherum gracile Brongn as raw materials was studied. The clarification of balsam pear juice, the extraction of functional component in honeysuckle and Lophatherum gracile Brongn, and the formula of final product were researched. The best concentrations of balsam pear juice, honeysuckle extract, Lophatherum gracile Brongn extract and sirup were 25%, 1.5%, 1% and 8%, respectively. |
