| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了中交第二公路工程局有限公司近十年来推行标后预算、实施低成本战略、全面建立成本管理体系的情况。同时,对从1996年强制推行标后预算制度开始逐步形成的局(处、公司)和项目两个管理层面、两套成本管理体系做了系统的介绍。

| Abstract: | This paper simply introduces the situation about pushing the bidded budget, implementing low cost strategy and building total cost management system in the Second Highway Engineering Bureau of China Communications Construction Group in the last ten years. It also introduces systematically how to form two series of cost management system between the corporation management level and the project management level since forcibly pushing the bidded budget system in 1996. |
