西门子Masterdrives变频器与工控机间串行通信的实现

摘    要:通过工控机和变频器之间的通信,进而控制电机以特定状态运行是电气传动领域经常碰到的情况。文中时工控机和西门子Masterdrives变频器之间基于RS485接口的网络化通信进行了研究。介绍了西门USS协议的结构特点,并给出了变频器和工控机通信时变频器端硬件连线和相关参数设置的具体方法。最后给出了通信时的部分实现程序。实际应用表明该方法简单、可靠、稳定。

Abstract:Motor running in special case by between PC and transducer is often meet in electric drive areas. The paper researches network communication based on RS 485 between Siemens Masterdrives and industrial PC. The structure and characteristic of USS protocol is introduced, the hardware connection and parameter setting are given. At last, parts of program of communication is provided. The application shows that this method is simply, reliable and stable.
