摘    要:探针卡是芯片测试中最重要、最昂贵的消耗品.在产品品种多、探针卡数目较大且各产品需求变化较大的情况下,不成功的管理很容易导致探针卡需求紧缺或者投资过剩,精确地控制探针卡的数目和消耗可以保证生产的稳定进行并节约成本.提出了一个预估探针卡消耗的模型,该模型模拟探针卡在生产中的选用和消耗,依据预设的规则选择可用的探针卡,并更新探针卡使用后的状态,在达到预设的规格时报废探针卡或者提出制造新探针卡的需求.通过应用该模型可以根据滚动的生产计划提前至少一个月确定新探针卡的需求,确保有足够的时间购买、制造和验证新探针卡.在生产环境中,该模型显示出了很好的适应性并取得了预期的效果.
