| 摘 要： | 职业生涯指导的本质在于使人得到全面发展,针对我国高校就业指导工作中存在的诸多问题,提出就业指导工作要突出职业生涯指导,并将职业生涯发展的理念渗透至教育教学的全过程,同时要注重职业生涯指导队伍的专业化建设。

| Abstract: | The nature of career guidance is to promote personal comprehensive development.To resolve various problems existing in occupational guidance of our country's university,the following suggestions are put forward,that is,career guidance should be emphasized;the concept of career development should be permeated through the whole course of education;the specialized construction of career guidance team should be strengthened. |
