磁聚机在漓渚铁矿的应用分析

摘    要:介绍了磁聚机的结构和分选原理以及在漓渚铁矿的实践应用,分析了磁性颗粒在磁聚机的受力情况,计算了不同磁场大小的分离临界粒度。实践表明磁聚机对贫磁铁矿且铁精矿粒度较细的情况下,能获得较好的选矿效果,铁精矿品位可以提高1.26个百分点,年增经济效益达830.1万元。

Abstract:The structure, separation principle and practical application of magnetic agglomeration gravity separator in Lizhu Iron Mine were described. The stress condition of magnetic-particle in magnetic agglomeration gravity separator is analyzed. The segregate and critical particle size is counted in different magnetic field. The practices indicate that in the case of lean iron ore and fine particle size ore, good separation results can be achieved and grade of iron concentration is increased which the percentage points is 1.26 and the increase of economic benefits can add up to RMB 8,301,000 yuan.
