千家坪钒矿采矿方法优化研究

摘    要:为解决千家坪钒矿在不稳固矿岩条件下高效开采的问题,结合矿体开采技术条件及矿山生产现状,综合考虑顶底柱厚度、间柱宽度、阶段高度及矿块长度等因素,利用FLAC3D数值模拟和层次分析得出适用于该矿的采场结构参数。结果表明:当间柱宽10m、顶底柱厚6m、阶段高50m以及矿块长50m时,采场稳定性最好。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of large, thick and broken of the ore body in Qianjiaping Mine, combining with the technical conditions of mining and mining production status, considering the main influence factors like top pillar thickness, studs width, stage height and nugget length of mining method, stope structure parameters being suitable for the mine are obtained by FLAC3D numerical simulation and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) that are top pillar thickness 10m, studs width 6m, stage height 50m and nugget length 50m. This paper optimized the cutting process to guarantee efficient mine safety production.
