The customers'demand in collecting society-source WEEE was analyzed.First, collecting the waste properly was the basic demand which should be satisfied unconditionally. Second, collecting the waste conveniently and serving comfortably were becoming more important to the customers. Thirdly, economical repayment had still attraction to most customers. Lastly, demand accepted by the society was rare at present, but would soon become more common. To satisfy the customers' demand, we should establish the collecting channel of society-source WEEE, satisfy the demand of collecting conveniently, decide the proper economical repayment, reinforce the education of the environment protection and improve the consumers' sense of environmental protection and sense of social responsibility.
