摘    要:利用拉格朗日松弛法对火力发电厂厂级监控信息系统(SIS)中的负荷经济分配问题进行了求解。该方法以发电费用为目标函数,用拉格朗日乘子将系统的负荷约束松弛,并将得到的拉格朗日函数分解为一个上下两层的优化问题分别进行求解,保证了算法的快速有效性。与混沌优化及遗传算法进行了仿真比较,结果表明所提出的方法收敛速度快,求解精度高,易于掌握,是解决电力系统负荷经济分配问题的有效手段。

Abstract:The problem of economic load dispatch in plant-level supervisory information system (SIS) of thermal power plants has been solved by using the Laglange relaxation method. Taking power generation cost as the target function, the restraint and relaxation of system load have been carried out by using the lagrange multiplier, and the obtained lagrange function being divided into upper and lower levels of an optimization problem, and then being solved separately, ensuring rapidity and effectiveness of the algorithm. A simulation comparison with the chaotic optimization method and with the genetic algorithm has been made, the results show that the given method has fast convergence speed and high precission of solution, being easily to be mastered, is a effective tool for solving the problem of economic load dispatch in the electric system.
