摘    要:以青岛流亭机场国际航站楼工程为依托,对复杂地质条件下的基坑支护、整体的施工部署、预应力与后浇带技术、钢结构屋盖和塔台施工、超宽风管等多项新技术进行研究,综合采用了止水帷幕与边坡防护、预应力后浇带、钢结构顶推滑移、悬挑支撑与倒模工艺、超宽大截面薄钢板风管等技术并进行了优化与创新,取得了环保节能、节约平面与空间、满足设计要求、保证工程在奥帆赛前正常投入使用等效果,对类似工程具有指导意义.

Abstract:Rely on Qingdao Liuting International Airport Terminal Project,new techniques such as foundation pit support in complicated geological conditions,holistic construction arrangement,pre-stressed post-cast strip,steel-structure roof and control tower construction,ultra-wide air duct are studied in the present paper.The International Terminal of Qingdao Liuting Airport construction synthetically employed the waterproof curtain,slope supporting,pre-stressed post-cast strip technique,steel structure thrusting slip,cantilever supporting and reverse module technique,ultra-wide section steel sheet air duct and implemented the process optimization and innovation,the project satisfied the design requirement of environmental protection and energy conservation and space saving,and ensured its normal service before Olympic Sailing Regatta.Therefore,the present paper provides instruction for similarity engineering.
