巨厚松散层的钻进工艺技术

摘    要:为了解决在巨厚松散层进行取芯钻探的这个难题,在详细分析了导致巨厚松散层钻进中设计和施工过程影响安全的因素的基础上,提出了采用双层套管隔离巨厚松散层并利用作者研制的套管隔离液来保护套管和稳定易塌地层的套管工艺新技术。实践证明该套管工艺新技术是可行的,

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of core drilling in super thick unconsolidated stratum, a new technology of using a double-layer casing to insulate the super thick unconsolidated stratum and the casing insulating liquid developed by the authors to protect the sleeve and keep the weak stratum stable was put forward on the basis of systematically analyzing all the factors which may affeet the hole safety during drilling engineering and construction of super thick unconsolidated stratum. Practices have proved the feasibility of the new technology.
